Dopamine reward applies as an undercurrent factor, continually. A healthy human brain feels dopamine reward continually in the process of merely driving a manual transmission automobile to the shopping center to browse for products to purchase. Every turn of the steering wheel, and every shift of the gears brings such reward. Closing the car door upon arrival, locking the doors, and entering the retail store’s doorway, are three major time periods releasing dopamine reward, split-seconds after a very mild and minor completion of subtask. More rigorously, even each footstep and comprehending view of subject matter, do reward with dopamine. To suggest that dopamine only matters in our brains while engaging in competition for prizes, greatly misses the point of dopamine factors continually in our lives. It seems the case study in this article missed the point of ever present dopamine reward entirely. Instead, in reality the case study mostly serves to further misconstrue how our human brains work, for what goals and plans, better understood by thinking of the sub-goals and sub-plans. More weekly psychology agendas like this merely continue the decades-long status quo of demeaning humanities brains, and publishing conclusions sure to turn citizens against one another, based on distrust of the brain as a fundamental psychologist doctrine. Associated with these decades-long trends in United States culture, comes the degrading of food and drug nutrition, by way of dramatically sensationalizing the neurotransmitters as only being a factor as when under psychology studies, that are all too often designed presuming base and banal behavior by humanity. Psychology needs to bow out of academic institutions, leaving matters to realism and humanism more prevalent in the field of Behavioral Science. The entire field of psychology is rife with psychobabble. Behavioral Science vocations, Internal Human Factors Science, and Human Factors Engineering Science could benefit from restraint on the part of psychologists, reigning in on these hypocritical studies. Psychology as a field, is better phased out, then run amok. Finally, it seems clear to me that these types of circus tent tests on human nature, greatly self-indoctrinate the study managers, even more than the study subjects, to morph themselves with very detrimental views of other living humans, to the point of sublimated anti-social decision-making in the process of test study design, crafting cynical herding of humanity toward moot prizes. In particular, I quality assurance reject the methodology and conclusions of this test study, on the basis of its blind devaluation of quality of living while at task, and displaying petty mindedness in choosing to measure magnitude of effort at task. My right to judge this article in this manner, I base in and from my experiences as a trained counselor while an undergraduate student, my exposure to human nature altered-states during Prisoner of War training, and my weeks of downed-aircraft wilderness survival training, as a start. Further, from brain illness experience, I have gained human factors savvy, while living self-employed, after termination of vocational duties as a master of science in aeronautical engineering. I also am well advised by years of eager-to-learn, and eager-to-explain, relationships with psychiatrists, as a client of their services. Brain damage by anthrax vaccination mere days after completion of lumbar back surgery, is the prevalent new hypothesis to explain over two decades of societal stigma laid down by years of psychology behaving antisocial against their own species. The legacy crime is not harm in the sense of emergency room harm, but by way of fomenting attitudes of invalid purview over fellow adult citizens, written into articles full of implied overriding perfect wisdom peddling psychologist and counselor advice to overstep greatly. The entire cultural onslaught of psychologist books and articles recommend to infringe and infract on personal liberties and human rights, in the name of adherence to cynical models designed by psychologists to justify their weekly invasion into fellow human’s lives and brains, by an implied must-do doctrine. This violates the United States constitutions priority that whatever blessings a person has at a given moment, fair or poor, best remained secured as blessings of liberty to the self, rather than be secured to the management of another fellow adult bent on parental oversight tyranny. That stands as harm to (quality of) life, rather than harm to limb. In closing, many years of tough times made clear to me much about human nature and the human condition when a brain is severely ill, and is no longer generating 10–20 watts of neuroelectric power, but far less than that nominal range. In such living, the basics become evident, rather than those human internal workings most likely to move muscles for the entertainment of observers.
